Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Kamerik Capital, Inc., doing business as MarketersBox ("Company", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the MarketersBox services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Service Description
MarketersBox provides inbound-only call tracking numbers, call forwarding, and related analytics. No SMS and no outbound calling are supported.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, phishing, or any activity that violates applicable laws or carrier policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.
Usage Limits and Suspension
Your account may be subject to included minutes, overage charges, and optional hard caps. We may suspend call forwarding if payment fails, usage exceeds limits without payment, or if required to protect the platform.
Billing and Payments
You authorize recurring charges for your subscription plan and any add-on numbers. Prices are displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply. If payment fails, your access or call forwarding may be suspended until resolved.
Number Provisioning and Ownership
Phone numbers are provisioned under our master telephony account and remain our property. You receive the right to use leased numbers during an active subscription. We may release numbers after cancellation or for compliance reasons.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party providers such as Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service is subject to their terms and policies as applicable.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Company and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, violations, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use leased numbers ends.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
